Coaching
A coaching process starts with a short introductory conversation in which we explore together whether there is a good basis to start the coaching process. Do you feel trust, is there a connection between us and can I help you with your coaching question, are important elements for this good basis.
Coaching is about change. A change of direction or in behavior. It can make you feel anxious to let go of the familiar and embrace the new. Your past experiences often subconsciously determine how you deal with the desired change now. Therefore, it is helpful to consider past experiences at the beginning of the process. Coaching, however, is not therapy. Understanding how a past experience influences your behavior in the present is enough to start working with the desired behavioral change in a future-oriented way.
